What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to developing strategies, products, and capabilities for the Independent Schools practice area
- Provide leadership by collaborating effectively with consulting resources professionals
- Deliver consulting services to client institutions, including fundraising program assessments and campaign planning
- Ensure practice area products and services align with overall strategy and revenue goals
- Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Work Authorization
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of frontline development experience
- Demonstrated understanding of fundraising best practices and the independent schools sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prefer direct experience from independent schools; experience at a liberal arts college a plus
- Ability to travel 3-4 days per week as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams and individuals
