      Responsibilities


      • Lead upstream product management activities for our implantology planning software solution.
      • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand user needs, market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
      • Translate research findings into actionable backlog requirements for development teams.
      • Define and validate product value propositions and build business cases.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Service…) as well as other development teams, such as platform or web-teams to ensure successful product releases.
      • Shape and articulate product strategies aligned with overall company goals and MedTech regulatory frameworks.
      • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
      • Support go-to-market planning with early customer engagement and feedback collection.

      Requirements


      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics or a related field.
      • At least 5 years of working experience in product management, prior experience in the MedTech or healthcare technology sector is required. Experience in the dental industry is a plus.
      • Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, data analysis).
      • Proven ability to write detailed backlog requirements and user stories.
      • Experience developing and executing product strategies at early stages but also maintaining and improving existing products.
      • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience in building business cases and recurring business models.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
      • Highly motivated, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      • Strong understanding of agile product development processes.
