      About the Team

      Process Excellence is an exciting new team crafted within the Employee Experience area. This team will own end-to-end People Processes, provide leading design expertise enabling delivery of world-class global standard, optimised experiences for our employees, and will provide both strategic and operational Partnership and Leadership to our HR COE teams, enabling the HR model of the future.

      Top Accountabilities

      • Lead with deep expertise in recruitment process design, HR strategy, and cutting-edge technology trends.

      • Partner with stakeholders to turn complex business needs into streamlined, tech-enabled HR solutions.

      • Drive performance and innovation using platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and other cloud-based HR systems.

      • Champion a connected, process-driven mindset that breaks down functional silos and delivers results.

      • Guide cross-functional teams with clear communication, agile execution, and a business-first focus.

      What you will bring

      • A proven track record in recruitment process design, HR system implementation and transformation initiatives with measurable success.

      • Strong understanding of HR technology architecture, risk management, and engineering principles.

      • Experience of designing recruitment experiences in Workday.

      • Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, and more.
