Owning global process design as part of and fulfilling business needs originating from operating model(s) based on industry best practices and out-of-box processes & functionality in ERPs.
Defining process KPIs to continuously monitor and improve process performance.
Driving and supporting process implementation in both projects and in continuous improvement.
Driving standardization where feasible and minimizing global / local variants to where variance is needed to address genuine business differences.
Participating to process and ERP support and continuous development through key user network.
Contributing to competency development and training of the operations network and key users in Operations
Work closely with IT teams to ensure that systems and processes are aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement standardized processes and best practices.
Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Managing external vendors and/or consultants
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in process improvement, business process management, or related field
Subject matter expertise in the operations area
Demonstrable project and program experience in a global environment
Knowledge of industry best-practises and continous learning from external sources
Understanding of the ERP and other IT system capabilities and out-of-the-box functionalities
Previous experience supporting an ERP transformation
Project management skills with experience leading and working in cross-functional teams
Vendor management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong networking skills, network facilitation and co-creation
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization

Global Process Owner – Operations
Huhtamaki is currently looking for a Global Process Owner, Operations to join our Digital & Process Performance department. As a Global Process Owner, Operations, reporting to the VP Process & ERP Transformation, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing key business processes within Operations, across the organisation.
Working closely with key IT and Operations stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving process implementation and standardization, as well as leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of processes and systems.
This role can be located in any country where Huhtamaki has a legal entity, including Finland, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and others.
