- Work with creatives, media buyers and strategists to clarify content requirements and ensure optimal formats for projects are produced in the smartest way.
- Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to manage resources and internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, estimate costs and manage budgets.
- Build production schedules and manage the day-to-day operations of shoots.
- Ensure the schedule is factoring in stakeholder reviews and important deadlines are communicated with clients and internal teams and that resources are allocated with the talent needed to setup projects for success.
- Manage procedures, production workflows, and produce smart to ensure creative quality is met and projects are delivered on time and in full.
- Identify and build new partnerships with agencies, production houses and freelance specialists.
- Ensure brand guidelines and TOV is represented accordingly in the creation and approval of content.

Our in-house agency – The Barn – was created five years ago to help our global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Today, we have strong teams specializing in campaign development, and digital content production. We work interdisciplinary and we are curious, data driven and result oriented. You’ll be working alongside specialists within production, strategy, planning, media buying, data analysis, tech and creative development.
How you will make an impact
As a Producer you will play a key role and partner with skilled specialists across different disciplines.
You will be largely but not solely responsible for production from early concept to final delivery. You will thus l ead the entire production process of branded content from early concept approval through pre-production, production, and postproduction phases to final approval.
What will make you successful
You have +5 years of experience across multi-disciplinary campaigns (digital and film and events & activation) and likely you hold a BA degree in TV/film or animation. You are able to manage multiple production plans and projects from beginning to end and know what to expect and what to do next at any given point during a production. You’re equally:
