If the answer is YES to all these questions, then you could be our next Global Product Director, Rare Blood Disorders.

      The Position

      The Global Product Director will report to the Senior Director of Rare Blood Disorders. This position is based in our office in Zurich, Switzerland.

      In this position, you will ensure a dedicated Rare Blood Disorders commercial future perspective on our longer-term growth priorities. You will provide commercial support and business development insights in new therapeutic areas, while being responsible for building global recommendations for the early to late commercialisation strategy and market assessment of new assets.

      Furthermore, you will:

      • Be responsible for the insight’s generation and market knowledge, including diagnostics markets and Rare Blood Disorders
      • Ensure the strategy development and implementation of new therapeutic areas in the Rare Blood franchise
      • Demonstrate strong application of portfolio and launch management while diagnosticating capabilities to optimize integration.
      • Guarantee internal and external stakeholder management in exploring solutions with benefit for both parties

      Qualifications

      As our ideal candidate, you have several years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry combined with bold scientific background, working in global positions, within Rare Disease Area. You are experienced in managing complex issues and communication plans with the ability to simplify the complexity of business challenges.

      In addition, we expect you to have:

      • Bold analytical and business acumen, good knowledge of brand strategy and roll out and portfolio management
      • Financial management and analytical mindset
      • Excellent communication towards various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
      • A strong track record of success along with a positive can-do and hands on attitude
