- Develop a standardized on-site energy audit process and related procedures from Level 1 audits to energy management solutions that include monitoring and verification of achieved savings
- Develop and deliver training packages on site visits and site data collection to support an SGS remote energy audit solution
- Development of energy efficiency strategies and solutions to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency in buildings
- From time to time, conduct energy audits on residential, commercial and industrial properties, including assessing energy use, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing recommendations to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on energy efficiency best practices, technologies and financial incentives
- Support, with technical and compelling content commercial proposals
- Research and analysis of market trend to quickly identify business opportunities
- Knowledgeable on energy efficiency regulations, standards and technologies
- Support sales teams with technical leadership, marketing materials and sales toolbox
- Prospect solutions to clients and prospects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental science or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in conducting energy audits and analysing energy data
- Strng knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and strategies, including building envelope, HVAC, lightning and renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in data analysys tools and software including Excel and PowerBi.
- Proficiency in Phyton, R and SQL are desirable but not mandatory
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large dataseta
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical information to colleague and clients
- Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor
- LEED and Breeam professional accreditation is desirable but not mandatory
- Technical knowledge of climate change drivers
- Strong dive for results, action-oriented, with self-direction and sense of urgency
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills with strong business and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding collaboration skills with key internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working across geographies and in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholders
- Able to blend commercial acumen with technical discipline
- Able to think creatively and lead the thought process for complex clients and proposition development projects
- Up to 20% travel requirement

Job Description
The main responsibility of the Global Product Manager – Energy will be to support the completion and roll out of SGS energy management solution. He/She/They will equally be responsible for conducting, from time to time, comprehensive energy audits and identifying opportunities for energy savings for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The candidate will analyze data gathered from on site inspections and energy audits as well as continuous data (consumption data, peak demand, meteo data, etc.) to develop recommendations to reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency, and reduce carbon footprint.
