      As a Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the Global Marketing Director. You will use technical, clinical, and market expertise to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies, developing supporting proof points and identifying new opportunities for Elekta’s solutions with a focus on the CT Linacs Treatment Delivery solutions portfolio.

      You will also be responsible for outbound marketing strategies & programs. The PMM will work closely with the Global Product Organization (GPO) to develop strategies & content and will partner with Regional Marketing to facilitate the development & implementation of enablement programs critical in activating the sales teams & channels to achieve financial & market share targets for the treatment delivery portfolio.

      • Perform market research & and competitive landscape analyses in support of strategic growth initiatives.
      • Work within a team of Product Managers to analyze the current landscape, identify opportunities, and align the partnership strategy across the full Linac Solutions portfolio.
      • Develop and monitor KPIs & and dashboards for tracking key performance metrics. Evaluate and streamline current partnerships and take leadership responsibility for ongoing management, ensuring this is a profitable business for Elekta.
      • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities including the development of comprehensive business cases involving forecasting P&Ls, building financial models, performing ROI analyses, and drafting presentations to support senior management decisions.
      • Assume a leadership role in deal negotiations and the contracting process.
      • Work closely with downstream partners to ensure strategic partner solutions are the first choice in all deals.
      • Work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize, harmonize, and administer processes to manage remaining non-standard requests, ensuring efficient decision-making and fast turnaround.

      The right stuff

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or Healthcare Technology.
      • Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or product marketing experience.
      • Sales experience within the healthcare space/ experience in Radiation Oncology is a big plus
      • Willingness and flexibility to travel locally & internationally (up to 30%).
      • Location: The preferred location is Crawley but Global responsibility potentially allows for a flexible location.
