      The product owner is accountable for the end-to-end ownership and delivery of the Dispute Management Product (e.g. a service or solution). He/she owns the product vision and definition of the product. The product owner represents the voice of the customer and is responsible to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders. The product owner creates, maintains and prioritizes the Product Backlog providing the team with required information what needs to be delivered and in which order.

      Roles & responsibilities

      • Responsible for the success of the global Dispute Management Product and secure that the product is in line with the OTC Blueprint by translating the OTC process, technology and organisational requirements into the product
      • Owns the user experience and works in collaboration with the business or end user to establish requirements in the form of User Stories
      • Maintains and refines the Product Backlog with a view to maximise reusability between Operating Companies (OpCos)
      • Manages the product budget. Represents the end user and decides the order in which content is delivered with input from the team; based on value delivered.
      • Ensure end-to-end process and technology integration through collaboration with other global functions, by working closely together with other global product owners and stakeholders from Business and D&T.
      • Drive product deployment in OpCos through a delivery organisation, e.g., programme/project teams.
      • Take a quality assurance role towards programme/projects deployments.

      Your profile

      • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business / IT, Scrum Product Owner training and certificate is recommended
      • 8-10 years of working experience, including exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment.
      • Demonstrated experience in transactional finance and Order to Cash process, specifically Dispute Management, and Credit and Collection Management. Understanding of the Market to Cash process and the associated risks.
      • Expertise with Dispute Management business platforms (FSCM), CRM platforms (SalesForce.com, MS Dynamics), ERP (SAP S/4), process mapping tools
      • Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Experience with process design & mapping, project management, change management and platform deployment using Agile methodology.
      • Proficient in English (excellent verbal and written skills)
      • Strong communication skills. Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, addressing conflicting priorities, ensuring tactical alignment. Working with and integrating broad areas within global finance and other global functions. Ability to switch between detail and helicopter view.
      • Has a deep understanding of the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, but also about architecture frameworks.
      • Able to connect IT & business and with multiple key stakeholders at various levels
