  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and support comprehensive enablement programs that accelerate field productivity and sales readiness
  - Partner with Revenue Enablement Directors to create structured learning sessions and content for different field roles
  - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and field readiness
  - Develop compelling content that equips field teams to effectively articulate the employer's value proposition
  - Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions for global field directors
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
  - 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology, preferably in sales or sales enablement
  - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and responsiveness to stakeholder communications
  - Ability to navigate large and complex organizations and establish consensus
  - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with designing and implementing programs at a global level
  - Experience using cutting-edge enablement platforms with mobile learning and robust tracking features
  - Recognized capabilities or certifications in leading sales methodologies and coaching frameworks
  - Familiarity with software such as SFDC, Asana, and G-Suite
