- Manage relationships with study abroad students in a portfolio of study abroad destination cities. In these cities, the GPC will:
- Work directly with students studying abroad to help them identify opportunities to connect with local Jewish communities and programs
- Provide assistance to students as they navigate learning about and plugging into the local Jewish community (including coaching them through and addressing challenges)
- Serve as the main project manager on key Entwine Global Programs project teams, managing substantial logistics to ensure the success of a program
- Facilitate efficient and effective project team meetings, keeping meetings on track and focused
- Work closely with team members to keep projects on task to ensure high quality deliverables
- Manage application tracking and interview scheduling processes for our college student leadership program, Campus Reps
- Create and track online participation forms and payments and correspond with accepted program participants in a professional manner
- Communicate with applicants and participants on inquiries related to application processes and KAHAL abroad programming
- Process reimbursements, invoices, and payments for program participants and vendors
- Assist with logistics for group orientations including preparing participant briefing materials, travel bookings, catering, ordering and assembling of materials and reserving meeting rooms
- Prepare curricular materials and other essential materials for immersive programs

- Be a JDC Entwine expert by maintaining a high-level understanding of the department’s goals and programming
- As needed, staff Insider Trips and facilitate educational content
- Familiarize yourself with JDC’s global mission and work
- Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Prior administrative, coordination, and office experience, as well as background in project coordination required
- Tech savvy and process-oriented; expertise with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong prioritization skills and adaptability, able to manage shifting priorities/navigate change and understand the bigger picture while navigating complexity
- Outstanding detail-orientation

- Prior professional experience working closely with teams
- Project management experience or certification a plus
- Experience with Padlet, Mentimeter, and Canva
- Passion for humanitarian work and/or global Jewish service strongly preferred
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 35 hours/week, 8:45 AM – 4:45PM with a 1-hour lunch break
- Location: Hybrid from New York, NY

JDC Entwine has an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Global Programs Coordinator (GPC) with Entwine, you will support a portfolio of Entwine global immersive programs for college students, such as KAHAL Global Ambassadors, programming for study abroad students, Entwine’s Campus Representatives Fellowship, and additional special projects (such as Insider Trips and fellowships). The Global Programs Coordinator will engage with students abroad in specific locations and manage the project team processes for these programs, balance scheduling, program timelines, logistics, facilitating meetings and administrative tasks.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally 1-3 weeks/year required.

What are the compensation and benefits for a Global Programs Coordinator?
This is a full-time position paid semi-monthly at a salary of $50,000-$55,000 per year; in determining where a candidate falls in that range JDC considers several factors, including skills and experience, internal equity, and cost of living in location of work. This role is non-exempt per the FLSA.
