- Designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs that meet organizational needs and support employee growth.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and collaborating with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitating engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure programs remain relevant and innovative.
- Providing coaching and support to managers and employees, guiding them on learning opportunities and career development paths.
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in learning and development or instructional design are beneficial.
- Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, with a strong track record of creating impactful training solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and inspire a culture of learning.
Must have previous monitoring experience; Lead CRA or PM experience preferred
Must have training experience; program level trainer preferred (including development of new training tools, providing program training at a regional or global level)
Must have experience with Quality oversight (ie: supporting audits; providing training/re-training based on audit findings)
