Description
The Global Regulatory Manager for Compliance plays an essential role in shaping the future of Regulatory Affairs and ensuring we are an effective, well-connected organisation. Compliance is a critical part of the Regulatory Affairs function, and our work ensures our products are always fit for purpose, up to date and appropriately maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

You will interface with functional partners within the organisation across Supply, R&D Operations, Quality and Safety, for their brand. They will be responsible for day-to-day management and support the continual improvement of our products to maintain compliance and keeping ahead of our changing regulatory environment through existing product development. Responsible for a team of employees passionate about the brand and driven by owning responsibility to keep our products appropriately supported through both unforeseen and business initiated.• Manage a complex and diverse set of registration/regulatory requirements across multiple markets to enable strategic compliance and maintenance plans.
• Ownership, responsibility and accountability for the development of regulatory execution plans in markets, ensuring global activities are appropriately impact assessed for world-wide implications.
• A critical partner with excellent working relationships across R&D Operations, Supply, Finance Procurement and SQRC, guiding and collaborating on regulatory requirements and raising awareness of upcoming regulatory changes directly impacting our products.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory information into a compelling stakeholder friendly language.
• Build effective and efficient execution of strategies as well as project management of regulatory post launch activities including analysis, planning, development and execution of strategies to allow successful compliant delivery of projects.
• Good knowledge of business and regulatory processes and ways of working to effectively manage all changes across products and brands upholding compliance within every market, including post marketing surveillance, CCDS, artwork changes, registration renewals, supply driven changes and safety/quality updates.

• Experience in preparing and submitting dossiers, variations and renewals and managing change.
• Understanding of global product lifecycle management, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Familiarity with factors likely to influence the regulatory environment, including new and emerging guidelines relevant to dossier deliveries.
• Experience of leading a team
