Job Description

- Lead regional and global initiatives, aligned with the overall GPS Reliability Strategy, to achieve measurable improvement in key Brand level and Site level operational performance objectives.
- Manage a diverse, global, Reliability Community of Practice network for our client.
- Preview industry leading technologies and maintenance practices to determine identify innovative applications within JLL’s client for achieving the GPS Reliability Strategy (External Benchmarking).
- Focus on programs that help in the design, testing and management of complex systems / assets over their life cycle (Asset Lifecycle Management).
- Lead Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Knowledge Management System.
- Develop and Implement PM Optimization Program
- Lead the development of REx Maturity Assessment Model. Implement at all sites globally.
- Develop engineering documentation, such as Process Flow diagrams and Standard Procedures
- Provide input into each Site Reliability Master Plan.
- Support implementation of “No Surprises” site risk assessment model.
- Provide input to the Risk Management Site Plan, that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation
- Provide programs support to manufacturing, asset management and technical personnel
- Support the development and implementation of a Global Reliability Strategies to meet the Right First Time performance requirements at the Manufacturing sites.
- Travel to sites across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific region (10-15% of time annually, on average).
- Work with other engineering disciplines to ensure that reliability is considered in the design and development of new systems and equipment
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance personnel
- Degree in Engineering generally attained through studies resulting in a B.S., in engineering, a related discipline, or its equivalent and applicable industry experience.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of direct relevant experience in engineering and/or maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering and/or asset/systems lifecycle engineering is required.
- Demonstrated ability to influence a large, diverse network to deliver a reliability strategy.
- High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, accountability and ability to excel in a high- Demonstrated experience in delivering costs savings through process optimization and working through others.
- Performance, deadline-driven and on demand team environment
- Ability to work virtually with other colleagues across the portfolio
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- A working understanding of lean principles is a plus.
