- Enter relocation-related data into the database system
- Communicate with clients and service providers to track progress
- Assist with managing the home sale process and review contracts
- Manage temporary housing process and order household goods shipments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of real estate or relocation services
- Real estate salesperson license preferred
- Customer service skills for handling stressful situations
- Data entry proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in real estate or relocation services
- Experience with Employee Relocation Council (ERC) guidelines
