      WHAT YOU'LL DO

      Employee advocacy - “Voices@BCG” - is part of BCG's global social media team, working to elevate BCG’s brand and thought leadership on social media through the firm’s employees.

      This role is primarily responsible for managing Haiilo, the content platform used to share suggested draft social posts among the BCG’s employees worldwide.

      YOU'RE GOOD AT

      • Social media: you have a strong understanding of social platforms, user behaviour, and online analytics.

      • Haiilo management: Overseeing content uploads, approvals, platform maintenance, and performance monitoring

      • Collaboration: you will work with Practice Areas (PA), local teams and individual BCGers of all seniorities to review content performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to best practices. You will oversee internal newsletters and communications for Haiilo users and admins.

      • Reporting & Insights: You will help the social analytics team to produce monthly and quarterly reports of different Voices @ BCG programs, driving continuous improvement based on data insights.

      • Attention to detail: able to ensure all content aligns with BCG standards and values; support the manager with administrative tasks, as required; maintain team Sharepoints and other workflows

      YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

      • 1-3 years of experience in social media, with a focus on B2B marketing

      • Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills

      • Proficiency in Figma, MS Office Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and organizational tools like Trello and Miro

      YOU'LL WORK WITH

      You will be a member of the global social media team, and work closely with Careers, PA marketing and Local marketing colleagues.
