Your tasks and responsibilities: You will lead the marketing of a solution of products and features designed to extend the overall value of our Advanced Visualization software offerings in the Digital & Automation organization. You will ensure that the marketing of the new overall solution as a group is a success, with clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) You will work with stakeholders within D&A and across the Siemens Healthineers organization to ensure the success of this solution As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for positioning our enterprise, departmental and entry-level solutions in a compelling and concise way to continuously increase market share and data share You will lead cross-business unit marketing campaigns, contributing to the business success of Siemens Healthineers Together with the team, you will design and implement global, target group-oriented marketing activities, campaigns and strategies and coordinate these with contacts in your and other business units You will work closely with the heads of product and clinical marketing to develop the marketing strategy for the solution and drive the implementation of this strategy You will be responsible for internal and external change management of the solution and take ownership of implementation tasks. You will monitor and influence the uptake of our marketing information both internally and externally You will work closely with country organizations, go-to-market managers and the sales and product management departments To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/de/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You have a successfully completed degree, preferably in consulting, marketing consulting and business management You have many years of professional experience in consulting, marketing consulting or business management You have additional long-term professional experience in the medical or software industry You have a very good basic understanding of digital marketing systems You know how to use marketing/communication instruments and tools in a targeted manner You have very good IT, software and digital communication skills Your attributes and skills: You speak and write English fluently.
