- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage with reliable suppliers of landscape materials and products.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and supplier performance, ensuring competitive advantage.
- Research, identify and negotiate partnership agreements with new suppliers. Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability criteria.
- Responsible for all contract negotiations with global suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to understand product requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication, resolving any issues, and promoting collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and sustainability practices, ensuring adherence throughout the sourcing process and communication with the team.
- Develop and deliver new products for SiteOne to drive revenue growth. Work cross-functionally to analyze the best cost option and continuous improvement of product quality and cost.
- Support our Category and Commercial team’s new product needs.
- Strong understanding of import and trade compliance (ex: anti-dumping, tariff and import duty)
- Experience working with cross functional teams and suppliers through new product development from design to execution.
- Experience reviewing and understanding of testing protocols and product requirements on commercial and consumer products.
- Experience with a wide range of manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of nursery, irrigation, agronomics, lighting and landscape products and practices preferred.
- Ability to negotiate and manage conflict with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication skills – conveys complex or technical material and processes in easy-to-understand terms to all levels in the organization.

- This is a Hybrid role. The candidate must come into our Roswell, GA headquarters 1-2 days a week.
- Degree in Business or Engineering discipline or related discipline, MBA preferred.
- Product management and/or private label experience a plus
- 7 years or more experience in a related field
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Manufacturing experience/background

Position OverviewWe are seeking a global product import and export expert with strong negotiating skill to join our private brand team as a Global Sourcing Manager. This role will play a vital role in managing our supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring the availability of high-quality materials and products.
