What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze supplier and customer data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver insights through recurring and ad hoc reports, including performance reviews
- Collaborate with teams across Sourcing, Production, Design, and Sales to align quality performance with business goals
- Conduct process reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and customer expectations
- Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, business analytics, consumer research, or a related field, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in data
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Inspectorio or similar supplier performance platforms
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including document control and process management
