- Support the Global Sourcing Manager to implement Private Brand Sourcing strategies to achieve company and assigned category business objectives.
- Support the Global Sourcing Manager for the growth of private label through effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Collect data and conduct analysis for projects including RFP.
- Monitor project timeline and alert appropriate partners if delays or problems arise.
- Support Global Sourcing Managers on cost negotiation by collecting data from different sources.
- Support the Global Sourcing Manager in relaying shortages and delivery issues to merchant and inventory team.
- Validate the vendor setup paperwork and ensure vendor set up in system successfully.
- Manage quote sheets and item setup process with cross functional partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Serve as a key liaison for day-to-day global sourcing operations and work effectively with cross-functional partners at overseas offices and vendors.
- Help Sourcing Manager to coordinate cross-functional meetings while providing required documentations, for meetings such as transition meetings, and vendor visits.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 18-month office work or a college degree in retail, supply chain and international trade.
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
- Intermedium level of Excel/PowerPoint Skills
- The experience with a major retailer, brand or product development/sourcing company in a sourcing, production, buying or product development role is preferred
