Job Description

- Create/modify web-based documents that will highlight both Service and Solution Providers for Internal consumption (SharePoint)
- Review data from last three years and report on partner performance year over year through a dashboard
- Create a dashboard to measure results on key performance indicators like Solution Provider recruitment, Marketing Campaign success, Revenue against Target
- Create a catalog of both Solution and Service providers in multiple geographies and industries
- Create an external marketing plan to promote Indirect Revenue through social media (LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar area
- Work Hours: Available to work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and full-time hours during the summer of 2024
- You've got experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2024.

- Day to day technologies include using Excel, PowerPoint, and access internal systems and do rudimentary data analysis and data reviews – this will be taught and is not a requirement.
- This job does not require the student to be on campus at Cary HQ to perform the job responsibilities. However, working in Cary,HQ is preferred.
- The Indirect Strategy Team is hybrid in Cary. It is a global team with members ranging from UK to South Africa. Local teammates come into Cary HQ offices 2-3 times/week.

The Indirect Strategy Team is responsible for developing SAS’ indirect go-to-market strategy with Service Providers and Solution Providers. We work cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales, lines of business for products and industries, marketing and product development to identify and develop sell-through businesses with partners AND offerings our resellers will sell to mid-market customers. Our goal is drive efficiencies and create opportunity for SAS to grow market share and market penetration by leveraging the expertise and existing customer baseline of our partners.

Internship dates: May 14, 2024 – August 2, 2024. We can be flexible on start date if your university is on a quarter system. Internships last 12 weeks in total length.

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph. D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
