- Lead the daily operations and order management of the Vendor Dropship program, ensuring smooth order flow, real-time issue resolution, inventory coordination, and fulfillment tracking. Serve as the main liaison between vendors and internal partners to ensure compliance, service levels, and program growth.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, performance KPIs, and data tools to monitor supply chain activities across all channels.
- Support the end-to-end invoice process, including validation, reconciliation, and timely submission across various supply chain vendors.
- Support logistics operations by designing transportation performance reports, analyzing freight trends, and assisting with export documentation creation to ensure timely, compliant global shipments.
- Assist with calendar tracking and exception management related to production timelines, inbound shipments, and customer deliveries.
- Analyze operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to reduce delays, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Trade Compliance teams to support import/export processes and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Provide analytical and operational support for Distribution Center functions, wholesale order fulfillment, and DTC/Omni-channel operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related analytics roles; experience in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, etc.) is required. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate Excel capabilities during the interview process.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Reporting Structure
The Global Supply Chain Analyst reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
The Global Supply Chain Analyst will support the execution and improvement of key operational functions across Vince’s global supply chain. This highly visible role reports to the Vice President of Operations and works cross-functionally with leaders from Production Operations, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Distribution, Wholesale Operations, and DTC Omni-Channel Operations.
The Analyst will be responsible for both daily tactical support and data-driven insights that help drive smarter, faster decisions across the business. This position is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to be hands-on in the end-to-end supply chain of a global fashion brand.
