Leads the cross functional Integrated Business Planning process for a Neurovascular product portfolio to ensure finished goods supply and demand balance
Acts as the single point of contact for the Neurovascular division to manage supply. Works closely with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to ensure supply is available to meet customer demand through effective replenishment and supply planning processes
Manages the communication with Marketing, Operations, regional customers, and executive management on supply issues, and leads the allocation of scarce supply to optimize the customer fulfillment goals
Leads supply chain projects with manufacturing and global distribution centers to improve our supply flow, inventory costs, and business processes
Develops and Analyzes safety stocks to ensure customer fulfillment goals and minimize inventory costs
Travel up to 10%
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management- required Master’s degree “preferred”
2+ years of related work experience -required.
Certification in APICS CSCP or CPIM “preferred”
Experience in Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Purchasing, forecasting in Oracle / SAP or similar ERP -required
Demonstrated leadership in Supply Chain management and Supply and Demand planning roles -required
Leadership and experience in managing product portfolios through the Integrated Business planning or Sales and Operations Planning process -required
Demonstration of project management, negotiation, and excellent communication skills through significant project work or new product supply chain planning experience -required
Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel and business information systems -required

What you will do-
The Global Supply Chain Planner position is responsible to maximize revenue and profit by effectively managing finished goods supply and inventory throughout the worldwide distribution network to support our Neurovascular division. The GSC Planner leads the Integrated Business Planning process between Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations to ensure the best use of supply to meet our demand. This position also leads implementation of new products into the supply chain and projects to improve the inventory flow through the network.
This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a candidate in the Fremont, California or the surrounding area. The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location on a weekly basis but has the flexibility to work from home.
What you need-
$57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
