      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage field service escalation programs for installed Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) systems
      - Provide Level III engineering field support, including system repair and data gathering
      - Validate warranty claims and conduct root cause analysis on field service issues
      - Develop and release Technical Service Bulletins/Manuals to assist field and factory activities
      - Liaise between service teams and quality groups to ensure accurate data collection on system performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of service experience, including at least 1 year in medical devices with robotics technologies
      - Strong analytical and communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly
      - Ability to function well under pressure and meet deadlines
      - Familiarity with FDA product requirements and regulatory guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent
      - Experience in a healthcare/surgical setting
      - Familiarity with commonly used test equipment and ability to read schematics
      - Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software packages
      - Experience in providing technical support and services
