      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Level III engineering field support for installed Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) systems
      - Lead and manage field service escalation programs to ensure system uptime and customer satisfaction
      - Validate warranty claims and conduct root cause analysis for field service issues
      - Develop and deliver technical training and support for hospital staff on the Hugo RAS system
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and field technical training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of service experience, including at least 1 year in the medical device field with robotics technologies
      - Strong analytical and communication skills to address complex technical issues
      - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments under pressure
      - Familiarity with FDA product requirements and regulatory guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent
      - Experience providing technical support and services in a healthcare/surgical setting
      - Familiarity with commonly used test equipment and ability to read schematics
      - Experience with robotics or motion control technologies
      - Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software packages
