- Assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions
- Manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions
- Follow market developments and news and help to prepare & deliver market updates
- Maintain a variety of SPG & CLO databases
- Organize roadshows and conference meetings
- Build relationships with SPG & CLO issuers and investors
- Bachelors degree

Job Summary
As a Analyst / Associate within the Syndicate team, you will be part of a fast paced team. JPMorgan is a market leader in Global Securitized Products. Securitised Products Group (SPG) & Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) Syndicate is fast-paced, challenging, and intellectually intriguing. The main objective of SPG & CLO Syndicate is to work together with banking, research, trading, and sales to deliver best in class financing solutions to Asset Based Security (ABS) and Residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) issuers, and CLO Managers.
Syndicate are involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates, to giving input during the structuring phase, to leading the marketing of a transaction.
