What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between strategic clients and the global laboratory network
- Prepare and execute project plans for contracted services in collaboration with sales teams
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage global client testing programs as a Project Manager/Technical Liaison
- Identify new business development opportunities through technical client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- 5-10 years of experience working as a Scientist in a lab environment, or a PhD holder with 3-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, client service position
- Experience in Pharma CMC analytical testing analysis
- Proven experience in global project management roles
