      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute trade operations and provide compliance oversight for the assigned business unit to ensure adherence to import/export laws and regulations
      - Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on trade-related matters and develop solutions to ensure compliance
      - Maintain and report on business unit-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency
      - Partner with governance teams to monitor trade compliance, conduct audits, and develop training
      - Foster relationships with internal functions to proactively identify trade risks and develop compliance controls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain, law, or related field
      - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in global trade compliance
      - Functional knowledge of import and export regulations and customs practices
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with various business groups, including supply chain and legal
      - Excellent organizational skills and customer-focused approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years’ experience in supporting trade functions within an industrial, communications, or transportation business
      - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
      - Ability to foster teamwork and build internal and external relationships
      - Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
      - Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill responsibilities
