  VP, AI Strategy & Innovation The AI strategy & Innovation VP is a senior profile role with a global scope and is responsible to build the AI strategy and anticipation for the group. They are exposed to multiple stakeholders externally and across the organization, in various parts of the business. Their team is about 15 people located across 2 global hubs: Boston and Paris/Grenoble. Their main responsibilities include: Strategy Leading the AI strategy for the whole Schneider Electric group by providing prospective reflection of global trends and strategic issues. Applying business judgement and knowledge of Schneider Electric solutions and organization to devise feasible and actionable recommendations for profitable growth. Being responsible for building the acquisition strategy and strategic due diligence of acquisitions files in sync with M&A teams. Providing key information & reports on AI markets & players. Collecting, analyzing & diffusing all relevant information while ensuring its quality. Driving AI strategy for divisions and regions with their respective strategy heads. Innovation & Ecosystem Promoting Schneider Electric AI strategy and thought leadership through papers, blogs, conference presentations and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders. Monitoring and analyzing the AI Ecosystem of Schneider Electric partnering with Innovation@the edge and the lines of Businesses. Partnering with start-ups for technology bricks and new business models to integrate the core of Schneider Electric and identify opportunities for POC. Managing in partnership with our Technology team key business partnerships such as Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, etc Technology Anticipation & Skill Management Setting the standards for technical excellence and driving the strategic technical direction for AI. Being a global thought leader in the area of analytics / artificial intelligence / data science, in anticipation to Offers or Solutions’ creation. Proposing & managing a set of Anticipation projects through PhD programs. Ensuring assessment and adoption of disruptive AI technologies. Managing the relationships with Academics/Universities. Developing AI knowledge (and technical competencies) across the group via the animation of our AI experts community and re/upskilling strategies in sync with HR teams (AI school). Requirements MBA or PhD is a plus Minimum of 5 years in a strategy role in “tech” environment Minimum of 5 years technical experience in AI (research, industrial or consulting environment) Fluent English Demonstrated leadership Communication and Influence skills Experience in digital transformation Location: Boston, Paris or Grenoble Why us?
