What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and oversee the long-term real estate strategy for the Pharmacy division
- Manage a diverse portfolio of distribution centers, specialty pharmacies, offices, and data centers
- Lead real estate transactions, focusing on industrial leasing and negotiations
- Serve as the primary real estate liaison with Pharmacy leadership and other key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and manage risk across the portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, particularly in industrial environments
- Proven track record managing complex industrial portfolios and stakeholder relationships
- Strong negotiation skills in real estate transactions
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies

- Experience in managing mission-critical facilities and high-volume industrial leasing
- Familiarity with market trends in logistics and industrial facilities
- Strong analytical skills for portfolio performance evaluation
