- Keeps all equipment in good, clean working condition.
- Maintains a clean golf course and maintenance complex.
- Reports all problems regarding equipment to the Mechanic and or Assistant Superintendent.
- Completes duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Obeys all safety procedures.
The Palencia Club is currently seeking Golf Course Maintenance staff to join our team!
$15 - $17 an hour DOE
Full-time and part-time positions available

The Palencia Club in St. Augustine, FL., features an 18 hole Arthur Hills-designed championship golf course. Shaped by the natural beauty of the land, this 7,071-yard masterpiece winds through centuries-old maritime oak trees and along the Intracoastal Waterway and the Tolomato River.Established in 2002, the golf course had earned the honor of being an Audubon Sanctuary honoring the beauty of nature, pristine views of magnificent marsh and river views as well as blending gracefully into the Palencia best of class community.
Job purpose
Responsible for operating small equipment and performing all general hands on grooming of the golf course and grounds.

Must be able to listen to and follow instructions, have a good attitude, and a willingness to work. Experience is a plus, but is not required.
