What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns specifically for the orthodontic and dental sectors
- Troubleshoot performance issues to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) across various media channels
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team to develop new strategies
- Analyze performance data using various tools to drive campaign success and maximize ROI
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Partner Success team to provide updates and recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns, preferably in the orthodontic or dental niche
- Expertise in Paid Search advertising and familiarity with Display and Adroll remarketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information and collaborate effectively with teams

- Experience with online tools and platforms such as ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision in budget pacing and content creation
