      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with reviewing local board submissions for compliance with WIOA governance requirements
      - Maintain compliance trackers and document inventories for monitoring cycles and corrective actions
      - Support meeting logistics for the Workforce Arizona Council, including agendas and minutes
      - Coordinate training and technical assistance for Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDBs)
      - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by tracking outcomes and documenting process enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, Education, Legal Studies, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 0–2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, compliance support, or government operations
      - Basic understanding of public administration, governance, and compliance concepts
      - Skills in professional written and verbal communication with local boards and partner agencies
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compliance documentation, audits, or grants administration
      - Familiarity with Arizona workforce partners or local government processes
      - Previous support experience for a board, committee, or public-sector program
