      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Senior Director of Public Affairs on legislative and government relations initiatives
      - Engage with lobbyists and stakeholders on lobbying activities to advance strategic priorities
      - Work with internal teams to leverage government affairs relationships for organizational opportunities
      - Provide education and support to internal stakeholders on federal and state initiatives
      - Coordinate government relations strategies with industry associations and community groups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of government affairs experience
      - Knowledge of healthcare management practices and clinical operations
      - Proficient understanding of state and federal regulatory environments related to healthcare operations
      - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

      - Experience in public affairs or government relations within the healthcare sector
      - Established relationships with government officials and stakeholders
      - Familiarity with lobbying disclosure laws and regulatory frameworks
