      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Senior Director of Public Affairs on legislative and government relations initiatives
      - Engage with lobbyists and stakeholders on federal, state, and local lobbying activities
      - Support internal stakeholders in identifying opportunities to leverage government affairs relationships
      - Provide education on federal and state initiatives to ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement
      - Coordinate government relations strategies with internal and external partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of government affairs experience
      - Knowledge of healthcare management practices and clinical operations
      - Proficient understanding of state and federal regulatory environments related to healthcare operations
      - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with trade organizations and lobbyists
      - Familiarity with healthcare policy and legislative processes
      - Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement
