      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies targeting government agencies in Public Safety and Public Health
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned Healthcare Key Accounts and State Government agencies
      - Serve as subject matter expert for personal protective product solutions in emergency preparedness and public health markets
      - Communicate regularly with the sales force regarding trends and opportunities within defined segments
      - Provide training and support to end-users and distribution partners for the product portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in personal safety equipment within a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Current, valid Driver’s License
      - Strong understanding of emergency management and infection prevention programs
      - Proven ability to work independently and manage change in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Key Account Management within Healthcare sectors
      - Background in selling to Government and Federal First Responder markets
      - Familiarity with Government Grant and funding streams
      - Strong communication and customer presentation skills
      - Dedication to ongoing learning and product application knowledge
