      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Bill third-party claims to governmental payers and perform insurance collection duties on delinquent balances
      - Manage communications with payers and employers, maintaining clear documentation of collection activities
      - Review claims and make necessary corrections prior to submission to the payer
      - Contact insurance companies to expedite claim processing and payment
      - Assist other Revenue Cycle departments with insurance collection matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one (1) year of collection or business office experience
      - Extensive knowledge of governmental billing regulations and collection procedures
      - Proficiency in claims processing software and governmental payer systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous hospital and/or insurance collection experience
      - Familiarity with Third Party Billing guidelines and UB04 data
      - Ability to multi-task by working in various systems simultaneously
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Teamwork skills necessary
