What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and administratively maintain all Agiliti Federal, State, and Municipal contracts
- Develop and maintain an Agiliti database to track and manage government contracts
- Analyze new contracts for consistency with proposals and negotiate contract changes
- Serve as the single point of contact for all contractual matters and maintain CO/COR relationships
- Coordinate with compliance and legal departments to ensure compliance with federal regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Contract Management, or compensatory work experience
- Working knowledge of FSS/DAPA/ECAT and Prime Vendor Contracts
- 3+ years of experience in contract management with VA, HHS, or DoD contracts
- 2+ years of experience in writing proposals for services
- Experience as a contracting officer or contract specialist for a government agency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in contract management, business administration, accounting, engineering, or a related field
- Nationally recognized federal contract manager certificate
- Nationally recognized PMP certification
- Experience within the Healthcare Industry
