What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment program
- Monitor and coordinate the Medicare/Medicaid application approval process for new physicians and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures regarding provider billing
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters related to the Medicare/Medicaid participation process
- Facilitate internal and external audits as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of credentialing or provider enrollment experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid provider requirements in all states where the employer has medical groups
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AS Degree in healthcare
- Familiarity with electronic data collection and management systems
- Experience with specialized electronic medical billing applications
