What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a team to ensure regulatory compliance of government-regulated products and solutions
- Analyze market opportunities and feasibility for new products and enhancements
- Identify and address risk and compliance challenges related to regulatory changes
- Recommend policy and procedure changes to maintain compliance with regulations
- Engage with Client Relations teams to support customers effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the life cycle of pharmacy and/or medical claims
- Strong understanding of health plan and claim processor responsibilities
- Experience with government programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Previous experience in customer service to health plans
- Leadership skills including communication, problem-solving, and team building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in regulatory compliance and product strategy within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with financial drivers and market dynamics related to healthcare products
