      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide instructional tutoring in statistics through individual appointments and small group sessions via Zoom
      - Communicate professionally and positively with students through the Office's email accounts
      - Contribute to Tutoring Program initiatives by developing resources and participating in team meetings
      - Commit to tutoring needs, including offering at least one weekend hour of tutoring per month
      - Complete program training and attend weekly peer tutor meetings led by the Instructional Specialist

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current Walden student enrolled in a doctoral program at Walden University
      - Completed graduate-level statistics coursework (RSCH 8210 or equivalent) is required
      - 3+ years of work experience utilizing statistics on a regular basis preferred
      - Strong knowledge of graduate-level statistics and effective study strategies for adult learners
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence with students

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching or learning in online learning management systems
      - Familiarity with additional analytical software such as Excel
      - Ability to adapt tutoring strategies to meet diverse learning needs
