      For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for YOU as a rising star – lateral thinker, visionary, team player, creative head or globetrotter!
      We shape diamonds in the rough: Within the 24-months programme, starting in June 2024, you go through structured international rotations within our Production Sites of our Global Operations department,
      oriented on your potential.
      You will build up your knowledge and personal network while working on impactful projects with top management visibility. We offer you one-on-one-coaching’s by experienced leaders and trainings to support you in your personal and professional growth.

      What the job looks like
      Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

      • During your programme you´ll dive into different functions and areas within our API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) production sites in Mitlödi, Switzerland and Aachen, Germany, as part of our Global Operations department and learn about our operating model and key processes
      • Your projects will be diverse and mostly with global impact and you will have plenty of chances to present your results to the senior leaders of global operations
      • You will actively work on your development, which is supported by a (Senior) Leader Mentor including ambition talks, coaching sessions, shadowing & performing reviews
      • You will participate in global trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual programme
      • Additionally, you will be part of our Global Graduate Network

      What you'll bring to the table
      To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

      • An excellent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Business Administration with the focus on production or operations
      • First professional experience in production, operations or in a pharmaceutical company (e.g. through internships) with continuous improvement mindset
      • Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Fluency in English
      • And the strong motivation to learn and grow as a future leader with the willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
