Alstom has openings for its Leadership Excellence And Development (LEAD) program in our Canadian Locations.
LEAD members have the opportunity to learn the entire state of-the-art methods of manufacturing, sourcing, project management and to be exposed to environment, health, and safety technical and business aspects within a business through structured course work and practical application. Coursework includes: Supply Chain Management, LEAN Manufacturing Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Project Management, Negotiation Skills and Business Acumen (program to include coursework of sorts to be discussed/determined). Alstom's focus on process integration, from design through manufacturing, has been critical to meeting our customers' expectations. This program is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key processes in Alstom. The experience gained during the rotational assignments positions Leadership Program members for accelerated career growth.
Members will experience four, six-month rotations throughout a two-year period. Rotations may be at multiple sites, including, but not limited to, production sites.
