What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support for the GME Residency management system and other resident/fellow databases
- Serve as a subject matter expert for New Innovations, providing guidance to program coordinators
- Assist with planning and monitoring systems to ensure ACGME institutional and sponsored program accreditation
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for program coordinators and directors
- Manage duty hours, coordinate contract renewals, and ensure compliance with ACGME guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience
- 3 or more years of related experience in medical education, healthcare education, institutional accreditation, and project administration
- Proficiency in New Innovations or similar Residency Management System (RMS)
- Comprehensive understanding of ACGME accreditation requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
