      What's the role?

      The position plays a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of technical solutions and operational processes in the telecommunications field. This position is focused on analyzing data, systems, and service performance to enable efficient installations, network reliability, and continuous improvement across Technology & Operations. Works to ensure that technical and business requirements are accurately translated into executable solutions that support both internal stakeholders and external B2B clients.

      The role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—including field operations, IT, engineering, and commercial teams—to ensure timely execution of projects, service activations, and technology rollouts. Also monitors KPIs, identifies trends or risks, and proposes corrective actions that enhance customer experience and operational excellence. This position is essential in driving data-informed decisions and enabling the Technical Operations organization to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure telecom solutions.

      What does the job entail?

      Liberty CR-Graduate Program is a two-year program, where you'II quickly be involved in a range of strategic projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It's fast-paced and challenging, but we'II closely coach and mentor you. The program is split into 2 stages of work:

      • First Year:Strategic Local projects (Content and approach depends on the Function: Technical Operations - B2B Engineering)
      • Second Year:Strategic Regional Project.

      What you'll require is:

      • You've recently graduated, with a Bachelors degree. Your degree is likely to be related with the track you are applying to: Engineering Track, but we'II consider other subjects' studies if you can prove you have a mind for our business.
      • You've spent up to three years, in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience, or have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.
      • You're fluent in English. If applying to Panamá, Puerto Rico, or Costa Rica you must be fluent in English and Spanish.
      • You're mature and assertive, curious, and committed. You're a flexible team player with good communication and social skills.
