- Patient Data Cleansing & Digital Communication: Support the accuracy and completeness of patient records by collecting mobile numbers and email addresses to improve digital communications and engagement.
- Car Park Improvement Project: Investigate enhancement options, associated costs, planning permission requirements, and develop an implementation plan.
- Prescription Kiosk Installation: Assist in overseeing the installation and rollout of our new prescription collection kiosk.
- Medical Record Summarising: (Following training) Support summarising new patient records to help clinicians access key information quickly.
- Digital Transformation Projects: Research and assess AI tools approved for use in English GP settings to help reduce clinical workload. Provide a recommendation report.
- Daily Practice Support: Assist the admin and management teams with the day-to-day running of the practice, including reception, data entry, and patient liaison tasks.

Summer Internship / Graduate Role Project & Admin Support at GP Practice
Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible), 8 - 12 weeks
Salary:This is a paid position.
