      Description

      Must be willing to submit to minor medical screening for hospital badge requirements.

      In general, Maintenance employees handle the overall appearance of the facility as well as maintain all equipment. Maintenance employees will perform additional duties as assigned as well.
      Check maintenance schedule for special projects for the day Sweep all entrances and exits and pick up any trash Walk the facilities picking up trash, checking for burned out lights, record any repair or maintenance problems, empty full trash cans, and report illegal parkers and ticket if necessary May require painting of poles, walls, machines, curbs, lanes and other requests Clean all restrooms in facilities and all stairwells Maintain any other equipment on facilities Clean all oil/water spots as needed Sweep garages regularly Check all ticket spitters and gates to ensure that they are working properly and are properly stocked with tickets and the correct time is on equipment. Ensure that all machines are kept clean and wiped down

      * Minor employee health screening is required for hospital badging purposes.
