      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage pre and post-award grant administration for large, complex research projects
      - Assist in the preparation and analysis of grant budgets, ensuring compliance with policies
      - Develop and maintain research budgets while monitoring expenses
      - Collaborate with Principal Investigators to facilitate and support research efforts
      - Audit completed research projects and communicate findings to funding agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
      - Minimum of four years of experience in grant administration
      - Strong knowledge of NIH and federal agency policies and procedures
      - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across all institutional levels
      - Strong organizational and planning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of pre/post-award research work experience
      - Working knowledge of Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables
