      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the daily operations of grants and contracts, including drafting and reviewing proposals and contracts
      - Compile program budget information and monitor grant expenditures for accuracy
      - Collaborate with program staff and fiscal officers to ensure effective contract allocation
      - Develop and review requests for proposals and assist with grant budget submissions
      - Provide training to program staff on procurement processes related to grants and contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Knowledge and experience with the procurement process and federal grant applications
      - Demonstrated skill in budget development and monitoring of expenditures
      - Proficient computer skills using MS Office, including Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the State Accounting System - Advantage
      - Experience in drafting, reviewing, and scoring requests for proposals
      - Ability to train others in procurement processes
      - Established ability to maintain effective working relationships with diverse partners
