      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and perform all pre-award and post-award activities relating to grants and contracts
      - Research funding opportunities and assist colleagues in proposal activities
      - Perform data entry and processing of financial tasks using university systems
      - Maintain and communicate up-to-date procedures and policies for sponsored awards
      - Prepare summaries of grants and effort allocations for Principal Investigators and respond to their inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: college or university degree in a related field
      - 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial processes within an administrative environment
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
      - Excellent written and communication skills for interactions with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Financial or accounting background or equivalent work experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of creating and managing budgets and projections
      - Ability to coordinate and delegate across multiple teams on financial administration activities
      - Discretion in handling confidential information related to personnel and research activities
      - Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
